CANCELLATION POLICY

Bottelary Inn Guest House reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fees:

 

• reservation be cancelled within the following period:
• 10% administration fee if cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival
• 50% cancellation fee if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival
• 100% cancellation fee if cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival or in the event of a non arrival
• Cancellation Fees apply when a guest alters the dates to shorten a stay
